INGREDIENTS

1 x Head of Cauliflower or 1 bag of Cauliflower florets

4 x Tablespoons BeWell Vegan Thick and Creamy Mayonaise ]
-
2 x 3 Teaspoons of Siracha Sauce

1.5 Cups of Panko Crumbs
TIPS AND TRICKS
- Add some ground cumin to your panko crumbs to add a bit more flavour
- Add sesame seeds to panko to change texture slightly if you want additional crunch
- If you don’t want to use mayonnaise beat 2 eggs and use that to form the base on the cauliflower prior to coating.
- For gluten-free option use 1.1/4 Cups of Gluten Free or Oat Flour with 1 Cup of water mixed to form a batter and coat the cauliflower
METHOD
- In a large bowl combine mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
- Pre-Heat Oven to 200 degrees Celcius (if using air fryer no pre-heating needed)
- Dip cauliflower florets in mayo mixture and coat completely.
- Then dip cauliflower in panko crumbs and coat completely.
- Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- If using and air fryer set to 200 degrees and cook for 15 Minutes.
